I love the idea of using banana bread here. I can already see it. (1) bananas sit on counter too long and go into freezer. (2) They turn black and get used in bread pudding. (3) Bread pudding gets mostly eaten andthen sits on counter for a day or two (4) Gets turned into bread pudding (5) and finally, it is devoured in its entirety. Certainly a delicious way to make sure you use up those bananas!!!
