Vanilla is great in so many recipes! Some of my favorites are kosher organic cupcakes, cookies, and vegan ice cream.

It seems that I am like a lot of commenters, I love all things vanilla! If I had to pick a favorite, vanilla bean ice cream would probably win!

I love vanilla ANYTHING. It makes me especially happy to use vanilla bean paste in baked goods. It makes me so happy to see those little flecks.
