Easy Gingerbread Dip

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • sprinkle mix
  • cookies or graham crackers for dipping


  • In medium mixing bowl with hand blender, or in the bowl of your stand mixer, mix cream cheese, salt, brown sugar and powdered sugar until combined.
  • Add molasses and spices and mix to combine. Fold in thawed whipped topping.
  • Place in bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Top with sprinkle mix before serving with cookies.
