Easy Gingerbread Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • sprinkle mix
  • cookies or graham crackers for dipping

Method
 

  1. In medium mixing bowl with hand blender, or in the bowl of your stand mixer, mix cream cheese, salt, brown sugar and powdered sugar until combined.
  2. Add molasses and spices and mix to combine. Fold in thawed whipped topping.
  3. Place in bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Top with sprinkle mix before serving with cookies.
