Easy Pumpkin Pudding Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla Jell-o pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping

Method
 

Day before:
  1. Place frozen whipped topping in refrigerator overnight to thaw
  2. Place pumpkin into cheesecloth, covered, in a mesh strainer over a bowl to drain.
Easy Pumpkin Pudding Dip
  1. In medium bowl, combine drained pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, pudding mix and vanilla. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Keep refrigerated until consuming.
